My stay at the hotel was truly magnificent! The location was absolutely perfect, nestled high on the mountain with cool air in February and breathtaking views overlooking San Jose and even all the way to the Pacific Ocean. The rooms, situated below the main floor area on an impressive hillside, offered a cozy and comfortable retreat. The dining experience was exceptional, providing a wide selection of freshly cooked foods, and being family-owned added an extra touch of warmth. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, which had to be paid for separately.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect for visiting Poas Volcano with amazing views over the Central Valley. The rooms, although a bit old-fashioned, were spacious and had a king bed, ideal for families. The included dining was a pleasant surprise with some of the best meals we've had in Costa Rica.
